BeachVolleyballCamps is an independent directory platform that connects beach volleyball players with camp organizers. We provide a listing service where organizers can publish camp information and players can browse, compare, and discover camps. We do not organize, operate, or manage any camps listed on the Platform.
To submit a listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Camp organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing information, including but not limited to dates, pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability. BeachVolleyballCamps does not verify listing content and makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any listing.
By submitting a listing, you grant BeachVolleyballCamps a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.
You may not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
BeachVolleyballCamps is a directory and comparison platform. All bookings, payments, and transactions occur directly between players and camp organizers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a camp organizer, and we bear no responsibility for the quality, safety, or delivery of camp services.
Users may submit reviews of camps they have attended. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
The Platform design, code, branding, and original content are the property of BeachVolleyballCamps. User-submitted content (listings, reviews, photos) remains the property of the respective users, subject to the license granted in Section 4.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any camp listed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeachVolleyCamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any interaction with camp organizers found through the Platform.
The Platform contains links to third-party websites (camp organizer sites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
